Regenerative Design Group (RDG) is a worker-owned ecological design practice dedicated to creating productive landscapes and resilient communities. We work with farm owners to develop diverse agroecological and agroforestry systems that support the farm’s social, environmental, and economic goals. Our interdisciplinary backgrounds in ecology, agriculture, conservation, site design, and education allow us to weave the elements of any project into a high-functioning whole system.
