Join us for a CT Veteran Grown Mini-Documentary Premiere on Thursday, November 7th, 2024 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Priam Vineyards, 11 Shailor Hill Rd, Colchester, CT 06415. Veteran-owned and operated Saults Eclectic Cuisine will serve complimentary hors d'oeuvres, with food available for purchase from their food truck. Attendees may purchase beverages from Priam Vineyards, including a wide variety of award-winning wines, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Complimentary dessert will be served. 

The CT Veteran Grown Mini-Documentary explores the lives of Connecticut Farmer Veterans, showcasing how military service members in our state transitioned to farming after returning home. It highlights their personal stories of resilience, the therapeutic benefits of working with the land and animals, and the challenges they face in building sustainable agricultural businesses from the ground up. Through interviews with 11 Farmer Veterans and leaders of partner organizations in the state, the film offers an inspiring look at how our CT Farmer Veterans have served then, and are still serving now.
